Sona Arora

Sona is a visual artist drawn to art from a very young age; she has acquired skills in several media, including sketching, acrylic, fabric, and glass painting mandala, neurography, kalamkari, Gond, and henna art. Her talent has been further developed by learning from a Master, Jatin Das. Her skills have also been accentuated by additional classes at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore. Along with degrees in Chemistry and Education, Sona is a Certified Zentangle Teacher with workshops available at her studio.

Sona was born in India and now lives in Singapore with her family. A prior Chemistry graduate, she later pursued learning art and established herself as a visual artist. Sona’s passions include meditation and mindfulness and teaching these through art. Sona’s artwork has been showcased in her home studio, as well as the 2022 Global Art Fair at Marina Bay Sands; and in 2023 at the ION Art Gallery with BeOne Gallery in the “Voice of Art”. Art is her full time work and passion Each piece is a labour of love.
