Alexander Lipay
An artist who suffers from Schizophrenia, I specialize in colorful, large-scale fantasy and abstract paintings. I works mostly with oil, favoring heavy brush strokes and thickly textured paint. My art is inspired by nature, planets, galaxies, stars, and all other celestial objects.
Alexander Lipay is a 6-time Grammy Award winner and a 3-time Emmy Award winner. He is a visual artist, an athlete, and a musician. He serves as Principal Flute of the Tucson Symphony Orchestra. In 2016, he set the Guinness World Record for the most standing ab wheel rolls in one minute, completing 27, which he held until 2021. As a visual artist, he has won many international art competitions including Fusion Art, Camelback, Light Space-Time, Global Conclave, and Northern Light, among others. He was named Artist of the month by Gallery Ring in July 2021.
