My lithographs serve as expressive narratives that delve into emotions and self-states, viewed from a female perspective. Through the incorporation of symbolic elements like hair and the female body, I aim to convey the struggles women may encounter in their lives. These artworks aim to uncover, and explore the subtle nuances of female emotions, including feelings of anxiety. By utilizing these visual elements, hope to create a visual language that resonates with viewers, evoking empathy and understanding. I strive to shed light on the complex inner world of women, providing a platform for introspection and dialogue about their unique experiences.

Jingkun’s work is rooted in the unspeakable, abstract spiritual state and brings them into the materialized and visible state. As an artist and researcher, she is curious about developing new methodologies of the engagement between art theory and practice. Her work manifests as painting, printmaking, and installation utilizing a range of processes including casting, woodwork, painting, and textiles. Jingkun has a background in printmaking and contemporary art for the past five years her work has been underpinned by a conversation between emotional research and visual art practice. Her work is centered upon the experience of post-humanism and the future world; the physical and mental relationship in a blurred zone with technology and human evolution; and how these embodied experiences can be understood through the theological and metaphysical concepts of incarnation, resurrection, and evolution with a new God in the body.
