MaryAnn Goodwin

I painted this composition in reaction to the Covid epidemic when women were thrust into overwhelming circumstances of working from home, teaching or providing Zoom classes for children, and having anxiety and helplessness for sick family members.

MaryAnn Goodwin resides in Neptune, NJ. She received a BFA with a major in painting and a minor in graphic design from Caldwell University. She was a graphic artist and art director for the Graphics Department at Monmouth County Park System and works in watercolor and acrylic. She currently teaches watercolor and drawing at The Jersey Shore Art Center and the Monmouth County Park System. She exhibits throughout the tri-state area; recently winning the 2022 Merit Award for watercolor in the Guild of Creative Arts Annual Juried Show and the 2021 Audubon Artists Honorary John M. Angelini Memorial Award in Aquamedia.
